You should take a picture of the damaged seal, and describe the situations in which the seal fails frequently, such as scratches on the ring surface, broken springs, etc
It’s difficult to make a judgment without a clear description of the operating conditions!
Describe each time what part of the mechanical seal is damaged and to what extent, to facilitate analysis and judgment
Photos of the broken or worn mechanical seal are needed to examine the location and nature of the failure, so as to further analyze the causes.
It normally breaks after about a year. .
