The sealing gas is normal, steering is working properly. Pre-cooling was carried out according to the procedures; the filter is clean, and the check valve is in good condition. Could some expert help diagnose this issue?
The impeller is cracked. When installing this pump, it’s necessary to remove the sand and take the pump casing apart, assemble it on the ground first, and then insert it back into the cryogenic tank. The clearance on the side of the impeller must be adjusted evenly. The stress in the pipes downstream of the pump must be such that the pump can rotate smoothly; otherwise, the piping will need to be reconfigured. Otherwise, the new impeller won’t last more than a week. Well, I’m just talking casually.
