Seeking advice on selection issues

Our company has built a new sewage tank with a capacity of 200 cubic meters, from which the sewage is sent to a wastewater treatment plant. The pipeline connecting it is approximately 600 meters long. We now need to install valves, a lift pump, and a flow meter; the required flow rate is 100 cubic meters per hour. We would appreciate any advice from those with experience in this field
Based on the attachments, the pipe loss is calculated using the pipe material, valve model, lift height, and pipe diameter, and the head is determined accordingly. Make sure to convert wastewater into fresh water when doing the calculations.

Can’t we just use a self-priming water pump?
The pipeline is long – are the head and flow rate of the self-priming pump sufficient?
