Recently, a project required pressurizing a medium at atmospheric pressure; for example, it was necessary to raise the pressure from around 10 m3/h to 3 MPa, and in some cases the pressure had to be increased to 8 MPa. I checked some products and found that both gear pumps and piston pumps are suitable. However, pump manufacturers such as Rexroth or Hefei Changheng Hydraulics only sell individual pumps without including motors, which is quite troublesome; yet the price of these individual pumps is very low, just a few thousand yuan. Then, for domestic piston pumps, when paired with a motor of less than 10KW, the power consumption is generally around 3-5W. There is a pretty big price difference between the two. I just want to know what the reason is It’s also why those who sell gear pumps don’t provide motors along with them
Services will be provided as long as you make a request. Usually, hydraulic motors are quite large, and they are likely more expensive than pumps. A plunger pump is the type that rotates multiple plungers, and it offers high precision. For reference.
It has to do with both the material and the manufacturing process. You can ask several more manufacturers of plunger pumps that are willing to supply motors
Price is related to factors such as technology, brand, pump type, and so on. Gear pumps are indeed cheaper than piston pumps, and imported piston pumps are even more expensive
For Caiteng Electromechanical’s domestic piston pumps and circulation pumps, the contact number of the design and manufacturing manufacturer is 18651988234; questions can be addressed at any time
