This is a two-stage centrifugal pump, right? The impeller is removed after taking off the impeller back cover; First, remove the intermediate section of the coupling, then unscrew the large screws on the cover plate at the front end, and the pump body can be pulled out entirely; at that point, the other impeller can be seen

You can try heating it slightly to see if it can be removed; if that doesn’t work, stuff something between the rear cover of this impeller and the pump body, and use the set screw on the rear pump cover to push it
From the appearance, it seems to be a centrifugal pump; if that doesn’t work, disassembling it completely will reveal the type of pump
AY oil pump. The pump shaft can be pulled out from the other side using the set screw on the pump cover on that side. Or weld two bolts at the impeller mouth ring and use tension to pull it out [Personal opinion only]
For the two-stage centrifugal pump, first unscrew the lock nut, then use a long screw to fit into the screw holes of the cover as a jacking screw; find a few more bolts to use in order to push the impeller and volute apart. Heat it with fire and try spraying some rust remover. It looks like a cast piece; be careful not to damage it by using too much force
