Today I disassembled the IMC magnetically driven pump, which was used in a concentrated hydrochloric acid system; the motor burned out after just a few days of use. Send an internal photo for everyone to see. What are the reasons for a Shunqiu motor burning out? Is it a high load or a quality issue?
The poster can provide the flow rate, head, medium density, viscosity of the magnetic pump, as well as the power of the motor used with it; I can then help calculate whether the motor is experiencing overcurrent.
