What is the function of the spiral blade inside the red circle?
Is it guiding the fluid or changing its direction?
What kind of medium with pumping properties is it?
Delivery of clean and contaminated liquids (water, sewage, oily waste), bilge pumping,
From the diagram, it appears to be a self-priming pump, but no inlet for the return impeller or return hole structure at the outer circumference of the impeller is visible. It’s unclear whether component 32 serves this purpose (it can’t be a manual switch, right?). Apart from the back-blade-like structure at the far right end of the spiral, which helps to reduce the pressure on the back side of the impeller and balance the axial forces, the spiral structure has no practical function other than just causing unnecessary agitation.
I think this thing is used for creating a vacuum
The vanes of a water ring pump are open and arranged along the sides of the flow channel, but this is not the case; I have never seen such a vacuum pump
As it rotates, the liquid is also splashed against the wall of the cylinder; the cylinder is eccentric, and the part that fits with the shaft has an opening.
