It’s a five-cylinder piston pump; the hydraulic end has had its combination valve (the inlet and outlet valves combined together) replaced, as well as the springs, spring seats, and seals. The tank was also emptied. A filter was installed at the inlet side. After loading, the flow rate doesn’t increase, and the pressure gauge fluctuates severely; I’m not sure what the cause is
1. Insufficient supply – check the inlet pipeline and inlet valve. 2. Leakage in the suction and discharge valves – check these valves as well as the valve discs. 3. There is air in the pump; remove it. Did this problem occur after you replaced the suction and discharge valve? If so, please check here.

Then check the parts you replaced: at the hydraulic end, the combined valve (the inlet and outlet valves combined together), the spring, the spring seat, and the gasket were replaced
What is the pressure level indicated by the fluctuating pressure gauge? How can one determine whether there is a problem with the reading – by checking the flow rate downstream or by looking at the pressure gauge at the outlet?
Check for any missing cylinders, and inspect the condition of a certain check valve
I’ve found the cause: the gasket of the combination valve isn’t sealing properly. The pump has been in use for over a decade, and the steps inside the pump head have corroded; as a result, the thickness of the gasket is insufficient. A layer of PTFE plate was added behind the gasket, and now everything is fine

The valve spring is broken, or the sealing surface of the check valve is damaged, resulting in leakage between high and low pressures
