What causes the shaft of a screw pump to break?
I’ve never encountered this situation; it’s likely due to manufacturing or material issues, or perhaps some impurities that are getting stuck.
The reality is that when analyzing the reasons, I don’t know how to judge; it happened once before as well

There are many reasons for shaft breakage, but it’s definitely because the shaft was subjected to excessive torque: for example, friction between rotors, damaged gears, damaged bearings, or starting the machine before the material has been liquefied, etc.
