I’m most afraid of encountering this situation; if it really can’t be removed, the only option is usually to damage the shaft in order to get rid of the sleeve, as a way to mitigate some of the losses. But here’s some friendly advice: 1: Do not use the same material for the shaft and the sleeve ; Anti-locking braking ; 2: During assembly, it is essential that sealing gaskets or O-rings and other sealing elements in all relevant areas are not missing and are properly installed, to prevent the medium from leaking between the shaft sleeve and the shaft. 3: Apply lithium-based grease inside the shaft sleeve during assembly to facilitate disassembly.

Use a gas welding torch to heat the area around the shaft sleeve quickly and evenly, then swiftly remove it using the prepared copper rod or another tool! :victory::lol

I’ve encountered this situation before; the bushing was no longer usable, so I put it on a lathe and ground it down to a thickness of 10–20 microns. It can be easily removed without damaging the shaft
The simplest way is to use a cutting tool to make a cut in the shaft sleeve, diagonally! Use a pin to pry it open when it’s near the axis! We do this often!
