If there is vapor formation during unloading, the centrifugal pump will not function properly either; you can try installing a self-priming tank (or buffer tank) in front of the pump. The size of this tank should be determined based on the pump’s flow rate. I hope this helps you :)
Is the inlet under negative pressure? How can the outlet pressure of a sulfuric acid pump with a head of 60 meters be 0.6 MPa?
Either the parameters provided are incorrect, or gas-liquid mixing is occurring, in which case the normal pump theory is no longer applicable

Regular diaphragm pumps are fine; material 316 will work

If flow head is available, simply find a sample reference curve from a manufacturer to select the appropriate model; As for later on, if there is vapor present, try to close the outlet valve accordingly to avoid damage; choose a pump with better cavitation resistance!
