The pump that was still in operation a few days ago cannot be started now, three days after a sudden power outage. The motor runs normally when the coupling is disconnected; the pump disk does not move. It has been confirmed that the bearings are fine. What could be happening inside the pump, and what is the cause?

If it’s been in use with the loop clasp the whole time, how could it lock up? There’s also no high-temperature alarm – what could cause the loop clasp to lock up?
