Our single-stage canned pump has a head of 58 meters and a flow rate of 24 cubic meters; during operation at the minimum flow rate, damage to the front impeller disk and shaft sleeve bearings occurs, as well as wear on the front cover of the impeller. I would like to ask everyone: what percentage of the rated flow rate should the minimum flow rate for the safe operation of a shielded pump be?

If no special arrangements are made at the time of ordering, generally 70-120% falls within the range of axial force safety flow rates that the manufacturer must guarantee; in your current situation, the opening degree might be too low! But the parameters of this pump should not involve high axial force; it’s possible that you have set it at a much lower value!
That’s incorrect; the axial force of this parameter is unstable, and even a slight deviation can result in large changes. Check the factory report!
