For the isometric screw vacuum pump, it’s impossible to get the clearance at the rotor end face right; what should I do?
Were there any marks on the gears on the rotor when it was disassembled?
Screw compressors are very precise; if something goes wrong, contact the manufacturer!

Which part do you mean by the end face clearance? There are four or five points where the screw clearance exists; I’m not sure which one you’re referring to
First, insert the screw into the pump chamber, leaving a small portion of it exposed. Once the exhaust end cap is installed on its end face, the pump can be adjusted. When disassembling the pump, check whether there are any copper rings in place!
