Is the balancing force not enough? What is the installation clearance for the balance disc? Is the bearing temperature at the outlet high?
What bearings are used at each end? Is the positioning correct? Has it been confirmed? How much clearance is there for the balance disc?
I also feel that my balance is not good enough, which causes the balance discs to stay pressed together and grind against each other. How do I adjust my balance? There is no problem with the positioning end; one end of the pump shaft has a fixed position.
Photos or cross-sections of the complete pump would be helpful for analysis
