Are there pumps with a maximum flow rate of around 1 l/h or 1 kg/h? Continuous output, diesel-powered; everyone is welcome to provide information. Thank you so much
Yes, there are micro-pumps available on the market that are specifically designed for transporting liquids at low flow rates; such pumps can be used to move liquids like diesel. You can look for some professional suppliers of industrial equipment or search for relevant products online. It is recommended to carefully review the product specifications and confirm with the seller whether its performance meets your requirements. .
Metering pump, low flow rate, high head, low power consumption
I have used vortex pumps, which are suitable for transporting chemical fluids in small volumes
Peristaltic pumps, magnetic metering pumps (ProMinent), and micro-pumps for China Aerospace (screw plunger type). Diesel, all of the above are available

Your question cannot be answered; the three key factors for selection are flow rate, head, and medium, and one of these elements – head – is missing. Head determines what type of pump to choose. Without the head parameter, the micro constant-current pumps, metering pumps, and peristaltic pumps that people mention can all be used. But the head difference is enormous. Moreover, 1 liter per hour is not considered a very low flow rate at all; the truly very low flow rates are those of the constant-flow pumps used by the Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory, with a flow rate of 0.1 ml/min, which amounts to only 5 milliliters per hour. A guess: use diesel, 1 liter per cylinder. Diaphragms and hoses that facilitate flow won’t work; it’s better to use the oil pump from the generator – a gear pump. Choose the right displacement and adjust the speed; it’s not difficult to get 1 kilogram of fuel.
👍, Perfect guess. Are there any domestic manufacturers that produce oil pumps for generators? If you know of any, please let me know. Thank you very much! The peristaltic pump experiences pressure fluctuations; the pressure is quite low, around 1 bar is sufficient
Micro pumps for China’s aerospace industry (screw plunger type; do you know which aerospace company uses them? Thank you!)
You can’t use this one; it’s the one from the Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory.
You can simply search on Taobao or ask local auto repair shops.
