It can be made of any material, including metals and non-metals, as long as it has weldability and meets the requirements regarding temperature, pressure, and other operating conditions
You can choose any material you want for this; there are no particular requirements regarding the flange itself.
Same as above; it mainly depends on the material of the piping you use – anything that makes piping easy to install will do, and just choose an appropriate pressure rating
From an economic performance perspective, ordinary materials are definitely the preferred choice
