Safety valves must be installed at the outlet of all positive displacement pumps.
Reverse rotation of pumps is prohibited; volumetric pumps are equipped with safety valves at their outlets!

I really dislike these disguised forms of advertising; advertisements should be presented in a legitimate manner that commands respect.
The arc gear pump is equipped with a safety valve. It is prohibited to run a gear pump in reverse, unless under special circumstances, such as when the pump is stuck, in which case reversing it can be tried
