Can a rotor pump transport saline wastewater?

The wastewater from my company contains 25% sodium sulfate, with a pH level between 4 and 5. Self-priming is required; can a rotor pump be used for this purpose? Is it useful?
There should be no large, hard particles or crystals, so that should work
It depends on how many meters of self-priming is required and what the head needs to be; in most cases, a rotary pump should work fine.
Suction height of up to 5 meters, head of 30 meters
