Dear teachers, this is the information on centrifugal pumps from our company. I am currently studying this material, but I can’t understand these diagrams. Could you explain it?
The highest level of alignment is dynamic alignment during operation; when performing static debugging for alignment, adjustments must be made based on the above data!
My understanding is that, when translated literally as pump drive motor (electric motor), clutch (transmission), and turbine, this indicates that in the cold, non-operating state, the axis heights of each device should correspond to the COLD height values for A, B, C, and D respectively; while after the devices reach thermal equilibrium, the elevation of the centerline of each device becomes 0.04, 0.24, 0.1, and 0.07 respectively, with the axis heights rising to the HOT height values. Therefore, during the design and manufacturing of equipment, a certain negative height margin should be reserved initially to accommodate changes in the elevation caused by the temperature rise of the axis. This principle is based on statistical data and applies to the installation of large-scale equipment; it is likely not applicable to smaller devices that are commonly used.
I mean the alignment difference between the cold state and the hot state, right?

It should be the vertical displacement of each device; the displacement of the other devices relative to the reference device needs to be calculated based on one device as the reference
