There is an underground tank in use, and a long-shaft submersible pump is being employed; I am considering using a self-lubricating pump, as such pumps should not be affected by solid crystals. I would like to ask whether, in the winter in Anhui region, the temperature of the liquid inside this underground tank can drop to 0°C The upper part of the tank is 1 meter above the ground.

Your suggestion is to use a container for insulation and also to include a heating system. Also, why must a submersible pump be used? A self-priming pump is fine; it’s also inexpensive.
