We are now designing small rural sewage treatment systems with very low flow rates. We now need to select a centrifugal pump to be used as the sludge return pump for our secondary sedimentation tank. The required specifications are: 1.5 m3/h at 10 m pressure, with the sludge content being less than 2%. Does anyone know a suitable manufacturer? I’ve looked everywhere but couldn’t find a pump this small. This is still an export-oriented product, with a different voltage of 460V/60HZ. . .
Ask those who make stamping and welding pumps whether their pumps can handle this solid content
Choose outlet 25, with an impeller diameter of around 200, a 4-pole motor; after the impeller is cut, it can operate at low flow rates, which should be sufficient
Pump with 25 inlet and 20 outlet ports, solid content of 2%, centrifugal pumps are acceptable. Cut the impeller.
Can you just say it directly? Is it suspected of being advertising? We used one before that worked pretty well. You can check the lift pump. You can look it up online; if you need the manufacturer, message us privately so it doesn’t get deleted by the moderators.
Thinking differently, a single-screw pump can be used. It’s better than centrifugal pumps. I hope I can help you.
