Unless the pipeline is forced to be installed, ductile cast iron can generally withstand less than 4MPa. Unless there is a casting defect.

I can guess where this pump is produced. There are no cast ties outside the pump body. The casting model steals the shape and reduces the weight.
This problem is an equipment quality issue and can be solved directly with the equipment manufacturer. Haha, you get what you pay for.
The designed outlet pressure of this pump is greater than or equal to 1.6MPA.
If it were me, I would switch to cast steel and specialize in high-temperature and high-pressure pump design.
The manufacturing quality is not a matter of the materials used, just ask the manufacturer for compensation!
