The inlet of the balance pipe can balance the pressure on both sides of the impeller, but how should the outlet be understood?
What pump? Generally, only multi-stage pumps have balance pipes to counteract the axial force of the impeller on the inlet. How can there be a balance without imports and exports? If there’s a problem, then it’s a problem!
Connect it after a balance disc or drum, not at the outlet

Only multi-stage pumps have balance pipes. The outlet you mentioned should refer to the self-flushing system for the mechanical seal
