Pump speed issue

Many of the machines in the factory operate at low or high speeds. May I ask how low and high speeds for the pump are defined? Is 3–10 Kr/min considered low speed, and 10–25 Kr/min considered high speed?
We have speeds over 3000 here, and lower speeds below that
No distinction was made; it was a whim. :D

I would like to ask what rotation speed is required for the pump used to fill lubricating oil
Oils have high viscosity, so the rotation speed should not be high
