Bubbles will also appear when two lubricating oils with different properties are mixed, or bubbles will appear when new oil is added after the lubricating oil has been used for a long time. The bearings have no abnormal noise or vibration, and the oil is transparent. There should be no problem.
Generally, a defoaming agent is added to turbine oil, but unlike compressors, ordinary centrifugal pumps have less stringent requirements for lubricating oil. From your picture, it looks like it should be mechanical oil, not grease. Personally, I don’t think it’s a big problem. If the vibration of the pump and the oil temperature are normal, you can leave it alone.
