Removal of the circulating water jacket of the shielded pump

Shielded pumps have a long service life, and the external cooling water circulation jacket often develops scale, resulting in higher motor temperatures. The circulating water jacket is welded to the pump; I don’t know how to remove it and get it back in place! What technical challenges need to be overcome? I earnestly ask for the expert’s guidance.
Decide how to disassemble it based on the manufacturer’s diagrams. It varies by manufacturer; some are not welded.
It shouldn’t be welded together, right?
It can be pickled with hydrochloric acid; make sure to take proper protective measures
Direct acid washing is sufficient; no disassembly is needed
The inlet and outlet pipes for the circulating water are disconnected; it’s necessary to flush them several times. The pumps we have here are made by Nichiiki, and if they need to be disassembled, the pump casing also has to be taken apart, which is quite troublesome.
