Solutions for overcurrent in vertical pipeline pumps

Vertical pipeline pump TD125-48/4SWHCB; medium: water; used for fire protection pipelines. Excessive current flow – reduce the outlet flow rate (set it to 3 turns only). Slight excess of current flow, with an outlet pressure of 0.2 MPa, which is not sufficient to meet the pressure requirements of fire pumps. Please help analyze the reasons and suggest any effective solutions
1. Check the pump’s performance curve and the factory test report to see if they meet the design requirements. 2. If they meet the design requirements, measure the current on-site if it is a new pump. If it really exceeds the factory exit limit. 3 If it’s old, undergo major repairs.
What parameters are on the nameplate: flow rate and head?
The pump’s capacity does not match the actual on-site requirements; it is necessary to review the ordering details
Check whether the pump outlet pipeline is empty; it is recommended to slowly fill the pipeline behind the pump with water before opening the outlet valve fully.
Newly installed; after a trial run, it hasn’t been used for two years
Since it’s been 2 years, have a breakdown inspection and replace the parts.
