In the check valve at the outlet of a water pump, there is wear at the shaft where the valve disc is connected. However, the reactive current in the workshop fluctuates quite significantly. Now the valve plate has been removed, and normal operation is restored after starting the pump. This is the first time I’ve encountered this situation. I don’t know what the reason is.

Is it because the pressure isn’t sufficient, causing the valve plate to open and close back and forth?
That’s the reason. The check valve is not working properly.
Check valves increase resistance, which leads to an increase in pump current; if the shaft connecting the valve disc is not flexible, the current fluctuations will be even greater.
Large fluctuations in current indicate large fluctuations in flow rate
It is estimated that large fluctuations in operating conditions cause the valve to open and close frequently, and the vibration of the valve must be quite significant at such times
The pump draws water directly from the water tank. The liquid level in the water tank has remained stable. There is always exhaust gas when testing the pump. Imported without filter
Wear on the check valve shaft can be repaired; remember that it must not be removed. Once the pump stops due to an accident (power outage) and it is too late to close the outlet valve, the liquid will flow back.
Repair the check valve, and after the repair, verify whether the valve disc opens properly and operates smoothly.
