For gas handling systems, is it a problem if pump drainage takes too long during winter in the north? What about pipeline drainage?
In the north, it is still possible for water at the bottom of the pump to freeze; if the drain line is too long, appropriate insulation should be added

Hanging is necessary; the shorter the drain pipe, the better. Heat tracing increases costs
Is it necessary to have no semi-hot light insulation?
Adding half heating means the workload is now too large – dozens of pumps are involved
When turning on the freezing prevention valve, it is possible to first purge and preheat it using a steam pipe; simple insulation is not sufficient – without a heat source, the water will still freeze.
Do you mean to blow on it regularly every day to remove any buildup? What if it gets damaged and the light components leak out as a result?
It won’t be a problem if the drain pipe is shortened; the heat itself can protect it. In Xinjiang, we shortened the guide drains in our pumps to solve the problem
It is determined based on the annual average temperature; if the temperature is too low, heating and insulation measures are required, along with regular inspections
