Cooling method for water in the water ring vacuum pump

I’m looking for effective ways to improve the cooling system of water ring vacuum pumps. Currently, spiral plates are used for heat exchange with the cold water supplied by the refrigeration unit; as the weather gets hotter, the demand for cooling increases, and the refrigeration unit almost can’t keep up
If it is heat loss due to air, a thermal insulation layer can be added outside the heat exchanger to reduce the loss of cold energy
