What are these two plugs used for? Which one is for grease?
I opened it tentatively and took a look. There was just residual oil in the one, maybe both?
After opening it, use the dipstick to see what it is.
One is the oil breathing cap and the other is the oil dipstick.

The lubricating pumps have oil nozzles, which should be holes for adding lubricating oil and cooling water.
There should be cooling water inside and a respirator and lubricating oil outside.
One is the circulating water interface, and the other is the oil filling interface. You can replace the plug of the oil filling interface with a bleed plug.
