The bg8.png magnetic drive pump is a new type of centrifugal chemical process pump developed based on conventional centrifugal pumps. It utilizes magnetic coupling to achieve contactless transmission of torque. It features no shaft seal, complete sealing, zero leakage, corrosion resistance, and no pollution. It is widely used in the production processes of enterprises in the chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, dyeing and printing, papermaking, electroplating, and other industries for transporting corrosive or contamination-sensitive liquids with a relative density below 1.84, viscosity similar to that of water, and no iron debris or solid particles. It is particularly suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile liquids, as well as toxic and valuable media. A magnetic pump consists of four parts. (1) The casing section consists of the pump body, pump cover, etc., and it bears all of the pump’s operating pressure. (2) The rotor section is divided into the rotating parts mounted on the pump shaft and those mounted on the drive shaft. The rotating components mounted on the pump shaft consist of the impeller, bearings, thrust ring components, internal magnetic rotor components, etc., together with the pump shaft itself, to form the rotor part that comes into contact with the medium. The rotating components mounted on the drive shaft consist of the external magnetic rotor assembly, rolling bearings, drive shaft sleeves, etc., together with the drive shaft itself, to form the rotor portion that comes into contact with air. (3) Connecting parts: Static connecting components that serve a connecting and supporting function, consisting of connecting frames, bearing housings, etc. (4) Drive section: The pump and the prime mover are connected via a diaphragm-type extended coupling assembly. During maintenance, only the diaphragm in the middle of the coupling needs to be removed in order to perform maintenance on the pump.
