Should the eccentric reducer at the inlet end of the centrifugal pump used for transporting milk be flush on the top or on the bottom?
It depends on the position of the inlet pipe: if it runs from top to bottom, it can be leveled at the bottom; if it is horizontal or runs from bottom to top, it must be leveled at the top. This is for reference only
A flat top ensures easier exhaust and reduces cavitation, in my opinion.
