As asked in the title, must both the internal magnet and the external magnet be made of the same material? What are the price differences among various materials? Thank you all
It depends on the operating conditions and temperature; common materials include neodymium-iron-boron and samarium-cobalt permanent magnets. By default, under the standard configuration, both the inner magnet and the outer magnet are made of the same material. We also take temperature into account; even at temperatures that aren’t too high, we recommend that customers use a higher-grade internal magnet, while the external magnet can remain the default option – unless, of course, the customer has no budget constraints. The price varies significantly depending on the pump model; it’s several thousand yuan.

We only use the samarium-cobalt alloy Sm2Co17.

I sent magnetic pumps to overseas customers, but the magnetic materials I purchased were of poor quality; I had to redo the components on the spot and send them via air freight.
