What are those pipeline fittings for the air-conditioning circulation water pump in the picture?

At the water inlet, which is in the bottom right corner, elbows are generally used. What is this called in the picture? Is it a standard accessory? Or are they accessories invented by some manufacturers themselves? What is the purpose of this? To reduce the pressure loss at the elbows? Thank you!
Is it the one imported, or just a section of pipe processed on-site? There is a size change at one end; no elbow design was used. Is the outlet a filter? Generally, the filter is installed at the inlet, right?
The lower right corner is the inlet, usually a pipe filter.
