For example, in the case of a centrifugal pump that pumps water from the bottom of a tank at a liquid level of 9 meters, with a head of 30 meters, would the operating pressure of the pump be around 0.4 Mpa?
The head when the outlet valve of the water pump is fully closed should be higher than the rated head; with a rated head of 30 meters, the head at full closure should generally be above 35 meters. On top of that, the import pressure is roughly equal to the export pressure.
The outlet pressure at the shut-off point is equal to the inlet pressure plus the shut-off point head; this is the case when pumping water. The shut-off point head, depending on the type, is about 10-20% higher than the rated head

The pump has a curve; check the pump curve at zero flow rate
