8. Missing phase in the power supply.

High operating current causes the air compressor to shut down automatically (main motor overheating alarm):
1. Too low voltage – Have an electrician check it.
2. Excessively high exhaust pressure – Check/adjust the pressure settings.
3. Clogged oil-gas separator – Replace it with a new one.
4. Faulty compressor host unit – Disassemble and inspect the unit.

Exhaust temperature lower than normal:

7. Excessive dust accumulation on the fan and cooler – Remove and clean them thoroughly.

High oil content in the discharged air:
1. Damaged oil-gas separator – Replace it with a new one.
2. Clogged check valve for oil return – Clean the check valve.
3. Excessive amount of lubricant – Drain some of the cooling oil.
Air compressor’s air output is lower than normal:
1. Clogged air filter – Blow out the debris or replace the filter.

3. Leaks in the solenoid valve – Clean or replace it.
