Are there any specification requirements regarding whether the inside of the anchor bolt holes should be chiseled to create a rough surface after the pump is in place?

After the pumps are installed on site, grouting must be carried out. As for whether it is necessary to roughen the interior surfaces of the anchor bolt holes, GB-50231 does not specify this, but some people suggest that it is needed. I would like to verify whether there are any clear requirements in this regard, or under what circumstances roughening the surfaces is necessary. Thank you for the guidance.
It is needed. Please refer to the equipment installation and acceptance specifications. But in some places, it’s simply impossible to drill. This mainly concerns the issue of tight bonding between the secondary grouting material and the primary grouting material.
Drill hammer construction is fast; the task is simply to clean up.
