Low pressure when switching to the standby pump of the cutter

Two sets of centrifugal pumps, to be switched over for use every 15 days. Why is the pressure low after switching to the backup pump set using the pump group?
It could be a problem with the backup pump set itself, such as the inlet and outlet valves not being fully opened, blockages or air leaks in the pump’s suction line, internal wear or blockages within the pump (such as worn impellers or clogged filters), or the pump not being properly filled with water. It could also be a systemic issue, such as leaks within the system or increased pipeline resistance. The pump and system need to be inspected and maintained to determine the specific cause. .
It would be best to send a video of the site, or a schematic diagram of the pump station, to help understand the actual setup of the equipment. First, why is it necessary to replace the pump regularly? Are the pressures of the two pumps different? Common oil refill tube issues? Is the check valve leaking? ? ? For reference.
