According to Sinochem New Network, recently, Dalian Hamitik Pump Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Dalian Hamitik) launched its project for upgrading leak-free pump technology and expanding production capacity by 2026. The project incorporates Germany’s latest technical processes, quality systems, and intelligent testing technologies. It works together with the German headquarters to develop the core design, manufacturing, and intelligent testing techniques for the next generation of leak-free pumps. The project will add 18,000 square meters of land, and over two phases it will construct and renovate 23,000 square meters of factory space, resulting in an increase in annual production capacity of over 50%, with a focus on raising the proportion of high-end products. The total construction period for the project is 24 months, of which the construction, renovation, and expansion work for Phase 1 will take 12 months at a cost of 52 million yuan; Phase 2 focuses on expanding production capacity and improving the overall layout through lean management, and its completion also takes 12 months. During the construction phase, the company will upgrade digital equipment, implement intelligent warehousing and intelligent pump testing systems, as well as install low-carbon, green production facilities, in order to create an overall lean production framework that ensures the project progresses efficiently and reaches its production targets on schedule.
