The centrifugal pump does not deliver flow

I have a question: One of our centrifugal pumps is shutting down quite frequently these days, about once a day. The filter screens aren’t very dirty, and we’ve checked the impeller as well – there are no issues with it. Yet the pump’s flow rate is gradually decreasing. Are there any other possible causes?
Is there any air leakage in the inlet pipe!
The pressure at the pump inlet is around 11 kilograms, so there’s no possibility of air entering, right?

Please describe the problems that are occurring as clearly as possible. For example, when you say that the flow rate is low, do you mean there is no flow at all or only a very small amount? What is the desired flow rate, and what is the actual flow rate right now? Does the pump make any unusual noises? Does the pump body heat up during this process? The clearer it is described, the easier it is to spot mistakes; if possible, include a picture for better visibility
I have a question: How does a problem with this gap affect the flow rate at the pump outlet?
Check whether the mechanical seal is leaking. Including the inspection of inlet pipelines
