China has built 30 oil refining complexes with a capacity of 10 million tons each; does your company belong to any of them?
The first oil refining project with a single unit of 10 million tons in capacity was Dalian Petrochemical, which was constructed in 2006 and put into operation in 2007.

After the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge was built, large oil tankers could no longer make it upriver to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The several refineries mentioned above all have a capacity of around 5 million tons; without larger scales, the efficiency remains low.
