According to local residents, around 8 o’clock, a large truck carrying a massive airplane fuselage passed by this area. When it reached the vicinity of the bridge, it stopped; the driver checked the height repeatedly at the bridge entrance compared to the height of the load, then drove the truck under the bridge. Once the front of the truck was under the bridge, strange noises came from beneath it – the airplane fuselage was in collision with the bridge structure, and it became stuck there and unable to move. Fortunately, no one was around at the time. Traffic in both directions on that road was temporarily disrupted following the incident. The local traffic police arrived quickly to handle the situation, and it wasn’t until near noon that the truck was pulled out.

　The driver forgot to lower the dump bed, causing the truck to get \"hung\" on the road’s canopy. On November 14, reporters learned from the Fourth Brigade directly under the Dongying Traffic Police that on November 13, a truck driver called for help, and the police arrived promptly to rescue the person trapped. 　　At around 9 a.m. on November 13, the Fourth Brigade directly under the Dongying Traffic Police received a call for assistance; it was reported that there had been a single-vehicle accident on the north side of the intersection of Gangbei First Road and Gangxi Second Road in the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, with no injuries reported, and help was requested. 　　Upon arriving at the scene, the police found a dump truck tightly \"hung\" on the pipeline corridor, with its body essentially in a vertical position; the driver was trapped in the cab and unable to get out. The police officers comforted the people trapped while carrying out rescue efforts. To rescue the trapped person as quickly as possible, the rescue police called in a large crane, which was used to successfully pull out the driver who was trapped in the cabin; fortunately, the driver was not injured. 　　Upon inquiry, it was learned that after delivering the goods, the truck driver, out of carelessness, failed to lower the rear dump bed properly; when the vehicle reached the utility tunnel area, the dump bed collided with the tunnel, resulting in the accident. In response, traffic police advise drivers to check the vehicle’s conditions properly before starting it, to pay attention to traffic safety, and to avoid such problems.

According to the Yangtze Evening News (reporter Guo Xiaochuan, correspondents Xiao Lei and Long Shui), in the early hours of September 12, a young man from Qidong named Qi was driving a truck loaded with crabs. While passing under a bridge on an expressway in Haimen, the truck’s height was too great, causing it to be knocked down; yet Qi continued driving without realizing what had happened. Over 500 pounds of crabs climbed out of the carriage, fleeing in all directions or getting crushed. Although the police worked together to carry out a \"arrest\" afterwards, only over 200 jin were recovered, resulting in a loss of more than 20,000 yuan.
