Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Hualu Company) signed an EPC general contract for the relocation, upgrading, and renovation project of Xinghua Group with Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co., Ltd. Hualu Company is responsible for the EPC general contracting of Section 2 of the project, covering core units such as the syngas purification system and the plant’s utility systems. At the same time, as the overall project leader, the company is fully responsible for technical coordination across various project segments, system interface management, and overall schedule oversight. Shaanxi Xinghua Group has relocated to the Qingshui Industrial Park in Yushen Industrial Zone, Yulin City, as part of its upgrade and transformation process. After the relocation, coal is used as raw material for gasification in a space furnace. The main facilities to be built include a 500,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia plant, 2×360,000 tons/year dilute nitric acid plants, an 860,000 tons/year ammonium nitrate plant, 2×250,000 tons/year nitro compound fertilizer plants, a 20,000 tons/year electronic-grade nitric acid plant, a 0.500,000 tons electronic-grade ammonia water plant, a 0.500,000 tons electronic-grade ultra-pure ammonia plant, 150,000 tons/year industrial-grade and 50,000 tons/year food-grade liquid carbon dioxide plants, as well as the necessary supporting facilities such as an air separation unit with a capacity of 60,000 m3/h. Among them, the project uses a 6.5MPa space furnace independently developed by aerospace engineering. Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for the EPC general contracting of ammonia synthesis and downstream ammonia processing projects. This bid section covers synthetic ammonia, nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, etc.
