The expansion project of Foshan Batu New Materials Co., Ltd., which involves an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of water-based textile coatings and 1,500 tons of silicone rubber, is located in Genghe Town, Gaoming District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It was invested in and constructed by Foshan Batu New Materials Co., Ltd. The plan is to produce 5,000 tons of water-based textile coatings and 1,500 tons of silicone rubber per year. The total land area of this project is 16,724.99 m2, with a total construction area of 18,705.34 m2. It includes 1 three-story industrial building, 1 single-story chemical storage warehouse, 1 two-story finished goods warehouse, 1 multi-story complex building with 3–4 floors, and 1 single-story guard room. The total investment for the project is 185 million yuan.
