HaiChuan becomes even better with your involvement; we welcome everyone to join in the forum discussions and exchanges. ********************************************* The core equipment for Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy’s 10TPD hydrogen liquefaction plant, along with the PEM water electrolysis system for hydrogen production, was unveiled on April 15th. A ceremony marking this achievement was held in Zhangjiagang. Guofu Hydrogen’s 10TPD hydrogen liquefaction plant utilizes advanced international multi-stage pre-cooling hydrogen expansion refrigeration technology. The core equipment of this newly commissioned hydrogen liquefaction plant will be used in the integrated hydrogen project carried out in collaboration between Guofu Hydrogen and Qilu Hydrogen (Shandong). It represents the first 10-ton-class hydrogen liquefaction unit in China, making it a milestone achievement.
Since its founding, Guofu Hydrogen Energy has had a dream: to break the monopoly held by developed countries and produce high-quality liquid hydrogen at affordable prices in China. The Guofu Hydrogen Energy team adhered to independent and domestic development; after 7 years of effort, it developed China’s first 10-ton-class hydrogen liquefaction plant, with plans to move on to 30-ton and 100-ton classes in the future.
Guofu Hydrogen’s 10TPD hydrogen liquefaction plant utilizes advanced international multi-stage pre-cooling hydrogen expansion refrigeration technology. The key equipment, namely the 20K hydrogen liquefaction cryocooler and multiple hydrogen expanders, feature a compact and efficient design, and enjoy complete independent intellectual property rights； The external dimensions of the cryogenic tank make it suitable for road transportation; it features a small size, low weight, and high heat exchange efficiency. It is the core equipment for hydrogen liquefaction projects, and in the future it can be upgraded to a capacity of 30TPD based on this design.
