Enhance quality awareness and promote high-quality development. ----------------------------------------- Recently, the injection, venting, and grouting system valves developed by Xuanda Industry for the “Domestic Production Project for Jacket Accessories in China National Offshore Oil Corporation projects” successfully passed all the tests required by CNOOC, under the supervision of a third-party CCS agency, and were approved by CNOOC’s expert team. The successful development of this valve also signals the gradual localization of valves for underwater systems in our country, and Xuanda now meets the basic requirements for mass production and supply. To meet the special operating conditions in water injection and venting systems, where valves must withstand both internal and external pressures simultaneously, Xuanda has incorporated mechanisms to prevent the valve stem from being blown out or blown in into the standard valve design. All sealing areas are designed with redundancy to ensure they can meet the requirements of simulated conditions at a depth of 450 meters underwater. In addition to the regular pressure testing, this valve also requires high-pressure testing in a simulated underwater environment. To this end, we have independently developed an underwater simulation high-pressure test chamber to simulate the seabed environment at 450 meters depth. During testing, the valve successfully passed the simulation tests (housing, sealing, operation, etc.). The successful development of the Xunda water injection and venting system sowie grouting system valves represents a major breakthrough for Xunda Valves in this field; it marks the first time that a domestic valve manufacturer has managed to replace imported valves with domestically produced ones for use in jacket water injection, venting, and grouting systems.
