The gasification frame unit concrete main structure has a total of 8 floors, the building height is 45.2m, and the concrete volume is about 14,000 m3 ; There are a total of 4 raw coal storage and transportation silos. The main structure of each silo is about 41.3m high and 22m in diameter. The volume of a single silo is about 10,000 m3 and the concrete volume is about 17,000 m3. The silo construction involves a series of construction methods such as high support formwork and sliding formwork. In order to ensure construction safety and quality, before construction, the project team continuously optimized the process flow, prepared a special construction plan, and conducted repeated demonstrations. During the construction process, on-site management personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, and on-site cameras are fully covered to monitor construction operations without blind spots to ensure on-site safety and quality in all aspects. Xinjiang Xinji Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 1.5 million tons/year new water-soluble compound fertilizer co-produces 300,000 tons/year diesel exhaust gas treatment agent. The circular economy joint chemical project is located in Shuangfeng Circular Economy Industrial Park, Tiemenguan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Second Division. It is designed by China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 6 billion yuan, with an annual output of 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 1 million tons of urea, and 1.5 million tons of compound fertilizers (including 60% of high-nitrogen and high-potassium water-soluble compound fertilizers). 10,000 tons/year, 400,000 tons/year of thiourea water-soluble compound fertilizer, 500,000 tons/year of high-concentration water-soluble compound fertilizer), 120,000 tons of melamine, and 300,000 tons of diesel exhaust gas treatment agent. The project uses coal-water slurry water-cooled wall to directly connect the waste boiler gas Furnace (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) technology, three Jinhua Furnaces 3.0 (two open and one standby), gasification pressure 6.5MPaG, total gas volume 154000Nm3/h (CO+H2), using bituminous coal for gasification. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2024.
