We invite everyone to share their insights and engage in discussions, to cheer for Made in China and to support the development of chemical processing equipment! ****************** The medium inside this powder handling tank consists mainly of HDPE + nitrogen + ethane vapor + water vapor. The diameter of the equipment is 6500 mm, its length is 29250 mm; the weight of a single unit is 130 tons, while its weight when fully loaded is 700 tons. This powder handling tank, along with the three reactors shipped at the beginning of August, are all core equipment of the ethylene plant; 13 sets of coils are welded to the outside of this tank, which consists of a main body and four cones from top to bottom. This equipment is characterized by a large cylinder diameter, complex structure, high manufacturing difficulties, and stringent technical requirements; moreover, its transport dimensions exceed the limits allowed in Jiangsu Province. To ensure smooth transportation, Daming Heavy Industry conducted research and discussions regarding the transportation plan, coordinated promptly with relevant departments to encourage their active cooperation, and carried out extensive and thorough preparatory work in areas such as route inspection, obstacle removal, and transportation support measures, so as to guarantee that this extra-large, oversized product could be shipped on schedule. The customer management team provided guidance throughout the process and offered significant assistance with quality and schedule control.
